You're a Lying-neo-conservative. You don't even believe your own lies, so I don't suppose so.

Gee, what a difference a few months makes. It wasn't too long ago that the left was giddy about the prospect of Obama raising a billion bucks in campaign donations. Now that Romney seems poised to match or exceed the POTUS' fund raising, they've returned to the "too much campaign spending" drivel. The real problem for Obama is Romney ain't going to believe the "federal funds" BS that he tricked McCain with.

You are entirely correct, they legalized something that appears in no Constitution, code, or law.
They went far beyond the bounds of the case to establish a state wghere corporations can determine our future.

Now, we need to strop coddleng these corporations and execute a few of them when they kill people. We should start with BP and Haloburton, for all the guys they killed on the Deepwater Horizon.

LIQUIDATE COERPORATIONS.
Their corporte treasuries and assets can go right into the US Treasury. Officers and Boards of Directors should be executed as co-conspirators to murder.
Lucius Cornelius Sulla would be proud of this one.
We could expand it, and publish lists of corporations that we could PROSCRIBE, and grab their assets too !

Exactly what came to mind when I read his silly post. How about the expansion of Eminent Domain in 2005? It was the four liberals, joined by Kennedy, that allowed cities to snatch property from middle class homeowners and sell it to big money developers. Your mayor and council gets payoffs and voila, you're out on the street.

The knife cuts both ways.
