Its nice to hear of happiness being spread around

It's always warms my heart to hear the brief back-stories of people who have won the lottery and learn that it's someone not only needing, but deserving of such a prize. For being part of a community that has lost so much through a devastating time, it's about time that we see more people in that region find the silver lining on their still cloudy future.
