Bill opponents want transparency kept for lottery winners
Multimillion-dollar lottery winners should be required to make their names public as part of the "price of admission" of playing, a critic of a winner-privacy bill said.

Whenever a person win a lottery jackpot..and the winnings involve is really big, they should be protected by the law. Definitely, their lives will be endangered and might cause so much trouble if their names will be posted and known to public. They have the right to decide whether to keep it a secret or make it transparent to the public.
