New York homeowners cheer as bankruptcy Judge Jerome Feller retires
On Friday May 17, 2013 the United Sates Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York announced a " Ceremony in Honor of the Retirement of the Honorable Jerome Feller " and "On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. there will be a celebration." This was our judge in bankruptcy. Wells Fargo refused to modify our loan - lost documents over and over, we had to file bankruptcy to stop them from selling the house.
A friend of ours in Brooklyn had a different judge and got their loan modified.
We got judge feller and lost our home.
