Thanks for the article. I would suggest that you write an article that bring other critical reasons as to the persistent foreclosure rates in Summit Co. We already know that the economy and jobs markets are slow for the last 5 year or so. What you need to focus now is on persistent indicator. What exactly is the situation and the conditions of the individuals, demographics, government actions, etc. For example, you may try to investigate how the high sewer fees in the City of Akron, will cause or is having a detrimental effect on people's cash flow. Notice that many families are tight with their budge and can not affort to pay ~$150/mo in water. Also, you can investigate what actions the Government is taking to foresee this potential huge problem. Notice that local governments are trying to increase local RE taxes, thinking that fewer people will be able to sustain the same government budget. Also, notice that many banks are holding empty houses in their portfolio. This causes an unreal price value in the housing market. Imagine what will happen when banks are not longer allowed to keep so many foreclose homes in their inventory.

These are few suggestion for you future articles, if you desire!
