House approves bill to ease flood insurance hikes

About time! If I want to build in a flood zone, it's my right. If I get flooded I need someone to pay for my house so I can build there again. It's the progressive way.

And the average taxpayer gets screwed again by the Republicans so the rich bitches can rebuild their waterfront homes with our money.

Time to dump the federal flood insurance program and let the free market handle it.
