I wonder if this means another class action lawsuit. I payed a foreclosure defence company over $6000.00 sending them the mod package 6 times which they continually said they lost and needed resubmitted. Still fighting to today but getting nowhere. Just1Garcia@yahoo.com

I suggest "Bank of America" should just get everybody who is modifying approved. I dont see things getting any better for them but they are getting what they asked for!!!!!!

Uh.....losing what exactly lil boy? Election to your school student council??? You think you are really onto something: a great expose....you know..Pulitzer Prize material. Nothing new here,,,you just woke up and realized not Mary Poppins world. That is what is so hysterical about this. You are just paper tiger without the balls to shoplift rolling papers and a plum. Again..Citigroup underwrites Facebook...ever heard of that??? You have no clue who provides funding for your favorite "hi tech" toys and like all people who think in only black or white.. always paint with broad strokes, but that is what simple minds do...makes life easier....less confusion. Wait until you realize that China built the Trade Center.ot oh not THEM!!!!

I'm Sorry to hear the run around you have been going through.
Please read below who we are and contact us if you would like us to assist you .

In December of 2011 a team of directors who are also ex-bank employees, created a non-profit organization called.
The homeowner’s assistance foundation of America, Inc.
After seeing management ignore all the issues that lied with how these reviews were being mishandled.
We took it upon ourselves to assist and educate the mortgage holders of America.
As an established non profit we offer homeowners assistance at no upfront cost and will get you through this process and approved for a loan modification in about 60-90 days or less. By using the knowledge that we have as ex-bank employees to help get you through this process successfully.

Accorbibg to HUD. There are many HUD approved organizations which offer no charge assistance. Is your company HUD approved? Why do other organizations offer no cost, front or back assistance?

Mike, I am sorry you are going through this. I have been trying to deal wit BofA since 2009, they have started foreclosure process on us 4 times. I have been approved for mods then out of nowhere they return my checks (which they been accepting for months) and say they need certified funds. I found a website Loansafe.org it has a wealth of info on it. There are alot of stories just like ours on there, hope this helps.

Nice try. The only reason anybody(B/A),Cable company, grocery store, etc requests certified funds is because YOU BOUNCED A CHECK!!!!. Boo hoo... save the indignant response. Call it what you will. Who are you trying to kid.... save the bullshit cry for help lil boy blue. Yeah....banks are real evil miscreants. Imagine that!!!!. You write a piece of paper, and they have the unmitigated gall to expect there to be real money on the other end. Time to sue... Call Cowboy Jesse..... I am sure all you have to do is call information in NY, and they will know him. A guy like that???? Boy ...you bet
