You bet they don't read the documents. I submitted documents 8 months ago for a loan modification and was denied a for a short sale. I did not initiate a short sale nor has my home been for sale. Is there any attorney's out there interested in helping?

Bank of America is a rip off. Some have tried to re finance and the bank will not let them. They are the worst to deal with.
