This is just FREAKING great.
People getting refied, getting new martgages are defaulting???
Scumbag Mortgage companies won't help people that are still up to date but struggling.
I own my own business and have been hit with hurricanes of 2004 that almost put me out of business then the tropical Storm Fay almost put me out of business but I still managed to pay my bills.
I need help, but my mortgage won't help. Go figure.
I say Let's try to help people that are at least trying to maintain, instead of helping the helpless.
I say make all mortgages 4.5% fixed,
across the board, but only on mortgages that are Not in default and still up to date and see what happens to the mortgage business.
I bet you will have better luck that refiing people who are going to default anyways.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/1ubQoG ) too my friends and family.
