This company is bad news!!There are many many many more people like this lady. Although I think this lady is worse off. Instant Mortgage Lending Corp is greedy and that will be their downfall. Class action suit can easily be put together against them. I hope the attorneys can win this case for the Chico woman. Erin

I can't say i did not see this coming from this company, Instant Mortgage lending, They do not do what they advertise or claim at the time of loan origination. They only want to screw the home owners by taking their home, and the equity of their home. They should be looked at and reviewed by experts. They have been doing this for almost 4 years and only go after people like this Chico Lady. If the attorneys look into the origination papers they will see the extra charges, fees, commission, lenders fees, origination fees, broker fees along with other fees and expenses that never happened and nor done. Almost all of the above mentioned expenses goes into their pocket. We will see what comes out of this. Robert

I feel bad for this disabled lady. She should not be responsible for the act of greed by this mortgage company. It is obvious they wanted something more from her since they knew she is not able to pay this loan back. She was deceived and robbed. This mortgage Company must be punished. Helen

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( ) too my friends and family.
