The Justice Department accused giant pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson of paying tens of millions of dollars in kickbacks to Omnicare Inc to buy and recommend J&J drugs.

It looks like J&J got caught in another scam. They always get a pass, why even bother trying to stop them? They did the same thing in their contact lens division Acuvue a few years back. They succeeded in shutting down the competition so eye doctors can charge their patients whatever they want.
