As ignorant as ever, whether you realize it or not. The Chinese own about 7.5% of US debt. By far the biggest investors in US debt are US citizens/institutions. They hold about 75% of US debt. So keep on beating up your straw men you ignorant dullard.

Like thousands of other countries who sell products in the US and pay no taxes on those profits, here's another one. Japan went thru a period in the 80's when they were buying up US real estate faster than they could find it. Now China is selling us everything. BUT, no one can sell if there are buyers. Point is we can't point fingers if we're the ones selling and buying.

A collective "we" ask for it and collective we get what we asked for. Chinas only doing what we ask them to. Fraud, corruption and greed are our codes.

I dont know nothing about Chinese. I know I cant speak their language. But I hope it will be better, said Laurice Jones, 41, who has been at the plant for 23 years and is paid $12.72 an hour to work on the kill floor.I want to talk to the Chinese about that, she said of her sweaty, bloody working conditions.
.
"Chinese state media reported that pork from a Shuanghui subsidiary had been tainted by the chemical clenbuterol, which can make meat leaner but sickens humans. "

So how many of you who talk about Smithfield becoming a Chinese-American company would like to see Jeb Bush become America's newest ambassador to Cuba and know that his father George H.W. Bush was once this nation's ambassador to China!?

The FTAs were started under Clinton... Ross Perot was right. Since then we've had 8 years of a Republican Administration, 6 with complete ownership of Congress and 5 1/2 years with a Democrat Administration, 2 of them with complete ownership of Congress. It's not jus Obama or Bush... it's all of them. And, really, like Random points out... we're buying it.
