More minorities own their homes

The above is true, not to mention that 18% does 50% of the murders and violent crime in the USA.

You got it. Anything the dems propose to cure a social ill never works and ends up costing way more than initially proposed. Which is why nobody in their right mind should support a national health care plan run by the government - it will be costly, services will be restricted, and the quality will drop.

It is effecting everyone; including me. I can't pay my taxes, and I will lose my house. I didn't get any govenment 'help' to secure my mortgage; I qualified by working and saving for it. Now, when I need help (yes, I am white) there isn't any for me; do I get some sympathy?

I really don't like the term "predatory lenders". Are they out there? Absolutely! Why are they still going? Lazy and/or uneducated borrowers.
I bought my first home on a contract. Only after seeing the terms and knowing I could afford to make my monthly payments.
When I sold that home and bought my current home I once again examined the terms. I determined I could afford it. 14 years later I am poised at paying my mortgage off early. Why? Because I knew better than to get in over my head, and didn't let anyone talk me into something that was fantasy.

Affirmative action and lowering requirements for minorities has destroyed the mortgage market just as it has destroyed the rest of the American institutions. The dumbing down of America is the result. Instead of encouragement and favor the white American has been dragged down the the blacks level. They didn't 'level the playing field', they handicapped the white players.

Cashier's do not know how to count out change unless it is written on cash register.

We have to write signs for stupid people so they do not walk across railroad tracks.

We lower standards for schools every year so more kids can graduate.

We lower standards for Firemen so lower levels can become a Firemen.
