Gas jumps nearly three cents to record; oil crosses US$124

Gasoline and crude oil jumped to new records Thursday, with gas rising three cents US to an average U.S. price of nearly US$3.65 a gallon and oil crossing $124 a barrel for the first time.

Okay people wake up and smell the bull! Gas is not cheap, but oil for your car has not gone up as much as gas.

Did you know that they still have not paid for the EXXON VALDEZ. They just keep taking these people to court and getting it lowered. Thank our Judges for that one.

They made 90 BILLION just last QUARTER! Yet they wont pay what THEY owe!

They were to pay them 5 BILLION! LOOKS TO ME THAT THEY CAN AFFORD IT!

PAY UP YOU SCUM!!!!!

We the U.S.A. are at war with BIG OIL and they are winning, They know what they are doing. Think about it. We need to start fighting back. Come on Bush take the oil fields, do one thing right.

You see a problem yet you continue to do nothing. Show some backbone. Ride a bike to work. Buy a four cylinder car. Shape up america.

Anyone out there no how much oil is left?..I heard numbers of less than 20 years at this pace of consumption? true or not
