Detroit Cancels Swaps Forbearance Deal With BofA, UBS

Detroit won't take legal action for now against Bank of America Corp . and UBS AG over a costly swaps deal, even after canceling a forbearance agreement it reached with the banks in July.

Bank of America received tips on on going investigations while Ex director Robert Mueller was director. Ronald Mueller attorney for BOA. They have managed yo avoid criminal charges by so called self reporting and covering up scandals. It is called obstructipm of justice.
