Dems really not seeking alternatives

Paul Heise's column "All must join in government process" complete ly misses the boat on the TEA Party" protests.

Don't ever expect "common sense" from anything Heise says. If you read all his previous articals it is easy to see his main concern is to destroy our way of life in this country. I see him as a communist supporter pushing for socialism in any way he can get it be it muslim or whatever other options he can support. When have you read any of his writings praising America in any area? Americans MUST stick togetter to defeat current politicans from both parties who have forgotten whom they work for. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Amen, Earl. Obummer has been under the notion that our country is so screwed up it needs a complete overhaul. Wrong, only fix what's broken and leave the rest alone.

I guess if you think paying for healthcare costs of every US citizen using taxpayer money currently being wasted in Iraq is socialism.

Is this really your argument ? You may have to pay for an illegals visit to the hospital. Whom do you think is paying for the illegals that are currently showing up at emergency rooms all over this country ?

What you say is true about who is paying for it now. But stop and think about this for a moment, the burden we carry behind the scenes now isn't going to go away, it will simply be added to. This healthcare bill isn't open for us as Americans to make the choice whether to join. It will be forced either by premiums or fines. So what happens to the monies already being spent on illegals? Will our dear politicians reimburse us? Fat chance.

This country has been losing manufacturing jobs for the last two years of the Bush's term, and what did he do. Not one thing.

The demo party has been using scare tactics for years ...... get a life. Yes George Bush made mistakes, ut you ain't seen nothing yet from our El Presidente. The stimulus is a joke (both Bush's and Obama's). As a small business owner where is the help we were promised and will never see? The answer is evident, they(the Obama people) do not want small businesses in this country to be successful....Why?...... Small businesses cannot exist in a socialist economy.
