Most employees at Citi receive a raise and/or bonus based on their performance. The same should apply to the executives like Pandit. In fact, based on his performance, he would be rated a 4 or a 5 and either shown the door or managed out!

Yeah, after all, we employees were told that due to the "uncertainty" of 2012, we weren't going to get raises/bonuses, EVEN THOUGH our performance was supposedly rated at 1 or 2...

It's bullshit that the executives should expect raises and bonuses when they're not awarding them to their own employees.

No Mr Executive, you are not priveledged, you did not 'pay any dues', and no, the stock holders and your fellow employees are NOT obligated to take it up the ass so that you can reap unearned rewards.

You don't honestly think Citi sr execs will absorb this? They'll reduce/eliminate employees' bonuses for 2012.
