H&R Block is charging me $350 for all the bells and whistles for speedy tax return. I am like so many other thousands of customers, that was not informed about a additional 6-8 weeks delays on my refund. They are more concerned about their bottom line and not us!!!!! Read it for yourself.... http://newsroom.hrblock.com/h-fiscal-2013-thi...

I've always used HR Block, now I think I will go somewhere else. I understand things happened but when I called last week they even told me my refund would be deposited March 8th. I called the IRS today and they stated it would be a minimum of probably 4 weeks. Like other customers I paid for their services too. The least they could have done was to let their customers know.

I thought the IRS was being slow, until I received email from HR Block today. So, that's why my return is a week late. Now, I can't get the medical test done that I really need. Oh well. I will try and remember to update here once I get my return so people that are trying to gauge their return date based on people in their same situation will have a point of referece.

THE EXCUSE I GOT WAS THE RETURN WAS FILED CORRECTLY BUT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM BETWEEN H & R BLOCK AND THE IRS HAD A GLITCH. WELL GLITCH THIS. I WILL HAVE A BANNER MADE AND A SIGN NEAR THE EXPRESSWAY'S IN MICHIGAN FOR PEOPLE TO NEVER USE H & R BLOCK AGAIN.

I have received more than one story from H&R Block so I contacted the IRS, not that it done me any good. I am tired of waiting for something that they said would only take 21 days and now it will be 4-6 weeks more!!! Not happy and NEVER AGAIN. I will find another place to have my finances done. They have lost this customer and my sister also. I asked prior to filing my taxes if filing at that time would mess up the delivery times and was told NO...Really, they lied. I am now waiting in my 3rd round of 21 days. I have bills to pay, like everyone else, and a prom to prepare for. Guess some do not care cause it is not their life that is placed on hold. It is not their household that has to do without. I do not believe that H&R Block should receive full payment for all the tax payers paperwork that they messed up. I think they should be hit in their bank accounts like the over 660,000 other individuals have been lately because of their improper handling of paperwork.

I have been waiting 5 weeks. Since February 14, 2013. I actually filed my taxes in January. I have been waiting patiently and checking the stupid IRS where's my refund thing. "your refund date will be given when available." Then the e-mail from HR Block explained it all. Thanks HR Block for waiting so long! Been a loyal customer for years! Next year I am going with one of the MANY companies who did not have any issues.

To update everyone, I still have heard nothing and have no anticipated refund date. Please update if someone gets there's and I will do the same. I guess this will be the only way to gage when the refunds are ACTUALLY going out.

I'm sorry for everyone who really needed that money for huge important things. I'm broke but I will survive.

This is absolutely ludicrous. I filed my taxes with the college credit back on feb 9th. It is now march 22nd and I just recieved a letter from H&R Block notifying me of delays. What makes me even more angry is that some of the higher ups in HR block's company had the audacity to say that "we don't beleive this will really affect our business" and "most people probably won't even realize there has been an issu". Really? That comment alone is so insulting to my intelligence that I will never again do business through this company and they should also waive any fees I had to pay for them to screw up. Thanks A Lot.

Filed with H&R block January 19th. Due to their error (CEO said HRB at fault)' I have yet to Recieve my refund. Not really concerned about refund. My daughters college aid is dependent on an IRS transcript of my 2012 return. Customer service reps apologize as they are instructed to do, they pass you off to the IRS. They are useless.. I was banned from HR Facebook website...
