I guess they fired enough people to give her a big fat raise. 63% by some accounts with stock and options.

I'm glad she got a huge raise she worked hard for it. The people that are left can work harder with more overtime and get less benefits. If you do not like it leave then she can get more money next year. The more tenured people they get rid of the sooner they can turn service over to Global. So keep working hard and maybe Ursula will invite you on her yacht. (to clean her toilets)

It started with Mulchahey and she was worthless now it's burns and she is worthless, and we allow these things to happen. They take away profit sharing saying there is something better, then they award stock options at $70.00 and stocks drop tp 11.00. I have not had a raise in 5 Years and she makes 10mil. WELL xEROX SUCKS AND THE WORLD SHOULD KNOW IT. They will send everybody left to GIS and all will have to take a cut in pay to stick around. Ursala should be happy she's going to the bank and laughing her ass off.

I've never been treated so bad, they are the worst company to work for. Ursala must really hate service.

Xerox treats employees like crap. There is so much negativity they are always putting you down even if your group is in the top performance. They want you to give them an hour of travel in the AM and an hour in the PM, so basically work 10 hrs a day and get paid for 8 hrs. Even had a manager tell us to read emails on our own time, and give us comp time instead of over time.

After 14 years with Xerox I was rewarded with a huge pay cut and a lower pay grade than when I was hired. Of course, this was all for the well being of Xerox and just temporary until the company is on its feet again. Hmmm....6 years now, no raise yet Ursula gets a HUGE raise while me and my team get nothing, AGAIN. I have never worked for a worse company in my life. Low wages, low morale and that is putting it kindly.

Ursula Burns is an IDIOT. All she talks about is cutting staff while those of us still employed at Xerox do 3 jobs for the pay of 1/2 a person. Xerox cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only: profit for the shareholders.
Employees? Forget it. Work? Forget it. Give them profit, and that DUMBASS woman will be happy.
Good riddance, Ursula.

Ursula is quoted as saying that "we only need a few white guys to run the company". I think she is wrong again. Paul Allaire and all the others who "groomed" her as an heir apparent, did so because she showed some quippy energy, and perhaps some engineering skill. They confused it all for know-how, which she lacks entirely. She cannot inspire any but the delusional, and she is taking them down the slippery slope with her. If I read one more untrue article about how she or Mulcahey saved or transformed Xerox, I will quit my job to bring out the ffacts to the contrary on a full-time basis. And while I am at it, I will expose the pathetic Board. They are not equipped to guide or even deal with Ursula.

For all those active employees in technical services you can forget about any merit increase. It's all based on Xsentive. So you're screwed. Your only choice is to leave and in droves. As we all know the daily metrics are being used against us. The word "Team" doesn't belong in our conversations. It's only what you the individual brings to the table. The sounds of the door closing are getting louder each day. Xerox wants out of the business all together. All the queen wants to do is stuff the envelopes and lick the stamps.

I use to think it would be safe to be working in the production side of the house, but since the remaining work force is near too or past the retirement age and with no one coming in to be trained. I think what will occur is the remaining customers will get letters thanking them for their business but Xerox has chosen to transition itself away from its current position and focus on services. Their equipment will be continue to be serviced up to the end of the contract. At that time service will be provided on time and material as long as parts and available technical service employees are available. That's when the bell tolls.

I got out 5 months ago. Best decision I ever made.
I took a pay cut but am already back to my pay at xerox within this short period of time.. nice to work for a company who appreciates my efforts. The writing has been on the wall for a long time. Beaurocracy is an understatement. Nothing gets done at Xerox, just talk. There is no incentive for employees to do well and it shows in moral and production. Good luck to all the great people I have worked with over the years. My advice is get out. You are better than this. Reinvent yourself!

Beginning 1/1/13 this company was to administer benefits for medical and retirement for Verizon and in my case COBRA benefits. They were unable to even bill me successfully for 3 months, took money (over 3K!) without permission or any advance notice from a checking account, repeatedly could not keep any records updated or even slightly accurate, every representative told me a different story, not a single one EVER called me back as promised, including managers. When COBRA ended for me on 8/31/13 I was supposed to BY LAW get a HIPPA statement from them within 30 days, they sent one in my spouse's name but despite calling twice I got another one in his name today, 10/18/13. Everyone there is an absolute nightmare and they never get anything straight. They are the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

I currently work for xerox. Got promoted within 6 months of working there. But they didn't tell me that my job doesn't exist. They promised a raise but instead of a raise I got a 1 dollar incentive for every hour I work. I still technically make the same amount as the lowest level employee at my site. When I ask about a raise, or even going to my promised pay rate I'm told there's a "hiring freeze" and they CANT give me a raise. I feel so angry and frustrated that if I ever saw Ursula or any of the other greedy, heartless, POSs that run that company I'd spit in their face.

Xerox is now outsourcing most of their non-production equipment to Global for service and Global is implementing Xerox business practices. Do more with less, no raises and USED parts being the primary source for repairs. Do you want used consumables in your copier? Global just tapped one of its companies in Ohio to strip old machines of parts that still "have good life remaining" for use in machines nationwide. Don't be surprised when you need a drum or fuser and a tech installs one with 20% of its life remaining. When it fails after a day or two, they'll be back with another one. They prefer to pay the technician to go out as many times as needed (setup for failure) to save on real parts. Talk about demoralizing your service dept.

Ever since Ursula Burns became the CEO, we never have gotten a single raise, they also told us that the upper management, including the CEO and below her will not get a raise, only to find out that they get their bonuses...in millions.

For her to make so much money, I'd think she'd do something about her appearance. She looks a bit rough to be making over $1 million per year...
We have an exec visit our location and he met with a group of supervisors and told us that if our employeess aren't satisfied with their pay, they can leave and go to a nearby competitor in our area! Unbelievable!
Horrible work environment and incompetent upper management. Do not work here!

She deserves it.... She and Anne and my boss said they would take care of us. After 23 years of dedicated service, working nights and weekends, I was laid off just 7 months short of my early retirement. I was told it wasn't personal, it was just business. I'm sorry it was very personal. I'm on Medi Cal and Food Stamp now. Thanks Ursula, you've earn your name of the villain in the movie "Under the Sea"
