I am curious Who ordered the big banks to pay the overdraft charges??? I thought no one in American Justice, especially the US treasury could care less about the common good of citizens and residents of this land!!

Do all the clandestine and dirty work to harm the innocent!

I have the chance to review my law suit against Citibank + Defendants for Fraud (12-4956cv) and I could not believe the feudalism and corruption by four Federal Judges + Clerks of the Court...They became the Devil's Advocates, period!

Hopefully, the civil leaders in Washington, DC will oversee and uphold the American Justice..

Once again, our Federal courts reward the stupidity of the individual consumer. The best way to avoid excessive overdraft charges is not to spend money you don't own. The next best is to read your checking account agreement (Gasp!!! READ????). But our country is now run by the stupid for the stupid to the benefit of the lawyers.
