Its not just IT... anything related to Science. Engineering, medicine, etc. All of these American jobs have been given to exclusively Indian FOBs.

I lived this!!! I graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree and couldn't even find a job and ended up doing something else.

Here is what someone said:
==========
The ones who get degrees here are the worst! The entire purpose of the student visa is for people to study here then go back to their homeland to build up their native nations. NOT to stay in the US so they can live large. Such people are not only greedy and opportunistic, but unpatriotic and I believe that character should figure into immigration laws. What is the difference between a foreign STEM grad and an American STEM grad? Answer: the foreign STEM grad is taken by the hand and ushered into an extremely desirable American job. Whereas the American STEM grad has to move home and wait tables. This must end.
==========
Oh and by the way any graduate class in the US is like 70% filled with Indians. They cheat on exams and projects and copy from each other. The whole education system (from MIT to any other University) is a Joke. And most often the professor is either persian, Indian (lots of them) or Chinese with thick accents. After going through all this, you still can't find a job.

I did eventually find a engineering job with a big company but it wasn't what I wanted. So I got out. When I left the big company, a few months later a few of my co-workers (white) got layed off. Everyone who got layed off was white by the way. There was a start up owned by a white guy that I worked for before. So I gave a personal recommendation to that start up company owned by a white guy to hire my friends who got layed off. He didn't! He'd rather hire Indian Grad students. He's not interested in hiring anyone else! So the problem is in both sides. We need to stop greedy American technology companies from hiring non-US citizens, that's the root of the problem.

If you can't make India work what makes you think you are good enough to keep America going? You people have caused the biggest economic disaster in America in 70 years. You WANT WANT WANT but when you get to America you don't PRODUCE PRODUCE PRODUCE. America is not your cookie jar. You want an easy life based on what others built but uou don't want to do the hard work of keeping it running.
Get out and stay out until you learn how to PRODUCE like an American.
Produce like an American?!! I feel bad for Americans. Instead of trying to get a good job, they go around fucking random girls (no wonder so many Americans are infected with HIV) and waste their time with friends who, in the end, will desert them. I haven't seen a country like America, where they think its okay to shoot and kill people when get "angry". America is the last place where I would like to raise my kids. Kids think that they "own" the world when they are just brats.

Lastly, the kids do not respect their parents. Almost every single parent who immigrate to the damn country hated the country for what it did to their kids.

Ok, Here is what I think is best for all involved... Indians have gained experience and exposure to progress in USA now...SO If all of them go back to INDIA and do the same then INDIA will be one of better and modern country in the world. This can happen only if this knowledge shift happens backwards. They are BOSSY they can boss around all they want to people back home and train them to what they have learned here and leave us alone. They will not stop at nothing to take away our peace in their under the radar way of taking away thing from us coming to our land.

I hope they get my point and work on improving India since they like so much to impose their ways on others... Make INIDA better country and GOD knows that country need to be lifted and they are the only one knows how with all this knowledge they have gained here in USA or around the world. Imagine if all of them around the world went back with their MONEY and took this challenge upon themselves that will be greater good they ever done in entire world. Trust me I am saying this for Good of the world and INDIAN people.

chk this out why should all visa's and green card's in IT should be revoked..

Indians express little sympathy for snagging U.S. IT jobs -> http://www.infoworld.com/t/work-visas/outsour...

and we have 80+ millennial's looking for jobs. Na they are the future of America and highly educated group of people. I work in IT and here is the secrete they can do jobs that Indians claim to do skill-gap is made up word...Indians make up skills on resume to get in the door. So I these highly educated millennial are just as good as them not better since they understand the language we speak here . They can be trained on the job within months and inexpensive compared to what Indian IT resource would cost.

So all IT companies should keep Indian worker in Indian office and US citizen in US office. That way it will be fair to millennial's..

And I am an Indian American who cares for all...

It’s time for me to look for IT job again as my contract expires on 31st October. I am Indian American with 20 years in IT since ’94 and been finding Jobs with very little efforts, couple times being telecom field Bell Atlantic and Verizon and such picked me up just by looking at my resume. That was until I was last completed my- 7 year long on-site support contract on Oct ‘ 11 with AT&T for PM data SQM product form Vallent when IBM purchased our company and product and support onsite ended “IBM Business Decision”. Then I was not able to find for months however Indian recruiter’s flooded my inbox by capturing my information when I apply on-line to job’s that are of my interest not one application went to Indian recruiter company but yet I get calls odd ours demanding to send them my resume if not will receive calls multiple times sort of hunting and stalking just for resume and months latter find myself with no job and just can’t understand how I got all these 100 ’s of call’s for months. And then one call changes everything and happens to be local good old 50 year in business recruiting company . I went through this painful depressing exercise twice already both around holidays time and average 4-5-6 months with no job. So you all can understand how scared I am to get back in market and deal with all that all over again.

The Indians started to arrive prior to Y2K - when they didn't know much of anything, but they have certainly progressed. American CEOs wanted to save money by outsourcing programmers, to justify their huge bonuses. Now Indians are also taking over executive management positions, and using their clout to extend more work to off-shore outsourcing behemoths. The new catch phrase 'right-sourcing', is code for 'if I can't bring the jobs to India, I'll come here and take them'. The Indians are good students of corporate bs, they sound good but aren't very efficient - they had good mentors in their American management counterparts. The American IT industry is at least 50% owned by Indians at this point, and that percentage is growing rapidly. Greedy American upper management has only itself to blame, and countries like India and China are siphoning corporate wealth. Perhaps this is justfiable payback for centuries of European and American economic exploitation of those and other countries, but in any event, the American Empire is about to collapse.
I work with a bunch of Indians all day long, and they are arrogant. I work as a technical writer and have to decipher their accents to create minutes. I am a native speaker of American English, have lived her all my life, been employed as a writing professional for nearly twenty years, have a degree in English, and they'll pick apart minutes like I'm a first grader. They also like to play "dominance" games, putting you "in your place" by making sure you know you haven't captured silly little details that they live for. HOW COULD WE LET THIS HAPPEN???

What are you doing here, if you hate it so much? America is "so bad" and yet it is obviously better than where you come from.

How can you write the way you do and get jobs in the USA? The first qualification for getting employed in the USA should be the ability to speak and write standard American English. I've worked with people like you, and it becomes a circus to try to nail down what you mean to say based on what's coming out of your mouth. You make everything more difficult for people like me, who write and speak standard English and must deal with your pitiful language skills to get the information I require to do my job.

Yes, I work with them in IT and they are creator of lot's of political situation at work to keep control with them by winning every political situation ... I have 20+ years of IT experience and in last 4 years this is 3rd time i am back unemployed and looking for a job. During the holidays it's so quite so depressing.

Irony is i am Indian American who has no exposure to Indian ways and therefore always end as victim to Indians political games and work.

Don't be fool by their nice front. trust me it's all games in the background.

I work in IT for 22 years now. Indians use bossy,pushy approach to everything so we give up and let them have it. Even they are wrong they are pushy and bossy....Nothing can be done they will slow down but comeback hard again and we start to give in... I get no chance to get my word out...they just rambling on and on ...Talk is cheap with them and quality it's throw in trash kinda quality to all their work. See now all tech companies produce nothing no more ..servings on ration kinda for now... will see with no invention it will die out. So no ability/talent to invent where will all INDIANS go ..heheheheh... Back to INDIA again I don't think so they will try to encroach on something else...never stops i tell you....PUSHY and Bossy...

When you express these thoughts to them...They care less and very proud of their encroachment abilities....you have no idea ...

They make up work for you to keep you busy with no reason and don't let you have a life outside of work since they don't and they don't know how to.
