St. Jude Medical looks Fairly valued at 15 billion in capatilization. The PE seems on the high end at 25 to 40. One positive thing is that their books are clean and less goodwill as compared to Boston Scientific. The Ansi medical unit has to be allowed to grow. It would appear that is growing segment in this space.

Possible suitors for STJ are MRK, PFE, JNJ. AMGN and DNA in my humble openion appear quite overvalued at 80 to 100 billion in capatilization.

Why would MDT buy STJ? Yeah, STJ basically has the same business model as MDT. MDT needs a few competitors, JMHO.

Don't Sign that agreement!

Why Not? It does not have an out. It does not have an escape clause.

Then how do we get out of it? Write another agreement and declare the old agreement null and void.

Ooh, I got it, issue 800 Million shares of stock in a secondary offering and raise 10 to 15 Billion USD in cash.

Now what we going to do with that money? Spend on frivalous crap that we dont need and pay down debt.

Who is going to funding mangers? Lehaman Brothers and Smith Barney Citigroup.

What effect will it have on our stock price? Well it should drop 10% because it is dilutive to the shareholders. Subsequent to paying off the debt the price of the stock should start to rise. Well they do have a sellable marketable product.

What is our target for the year? St. Jude Medical.

What are we doing with it? Let's drive the stock price to $100/ share. Then let's drive it to $5/ share. The fair value is somewhere between that.

How many employees should they have? Anywhere between 10,000 to 100,000 employees.

What should their capatalization be? Anywhere between 1 billion to 100 billion.

Who are their guarantors? The banking and medical industry.

Please note that share price is adjusted based on stock split, reverse split and market capatalization.

We the United Nations would like to invistigate India, China, America about serious problems with their children. The rule books that they agreed to.

Well the first team did invistigate to a point and then the American guns got in the way.

A similar such team went to invistigate and the Indian guns got in the way.

Another such team went to invistigate and the Chiense guns got in the way.

Maybe the big guys will lose their job or their reputation will change, usually for the better. We felt it is a story book and a power problem. Jessica and team doing the thing to take power from my main man. It apppears they can't do the job as well. You should not hor out your children to win the war.

Congratulations to America on the recent reduction of the Money Supply.

It would appear that the United States of America has reduced the total money supply by nearly 40% as early as 2006. Though the money supply does continue to grow at a rate of nearly 7% per year.

What does it mean?

1) It means that the stock market will drop quite significantly.
2) It means that the price of houses will also drop quite some.
3) It means that many a overpaid employees will see a reduction in their salary.
4) It also means that the Dollar should appreciate against major currencies.

One should note, it is still worth something, the house, the car, the tv, the computer.

Price of House 1900 20,000
Price of House 1970 100,000
Price of House 2006 1,000,000
Price of House 2009 400,000

Price of Car 1900 5,000
Price of Car 1970 10,000
Price of Car 2006 50,000
Price of Car 2009 30,000

Money Supply 1900 50 Billion
Money Supply 1970 600 Billion
Money Supply 2006 10,500 Billion
Money Supply 2009 8,000 Billion

Man, when are the people of Hong Kong going to pay back the 560 Billion in external debt. I hear that they only have 250 Billion in Forex Reserves. Maybe China can bail them out?

Another way to do that is to devalue the Hong Kong Dollar. Pay back what they can and the rest written off and as such the value of the Hong Kong dollar would change vis a vis the euro, yuan, dollar, dong, rupee, lira, peso, dinar, rupiah, zdollar, naira and other currencies.

Who do you think bombed the World Trade center?

I think it was the people of Iraq, Afganistan, Pakistan and others. Due the war that United States, Germany, Great Britian have waged in that part of the world.

Our sources tell us that nuclear suitcase bombs will be used to blow Berlin and London sky high if more clarity is not acheived.
