Bank of America is selling of hundreds of BILLIONS of bad mortgages to souped-up Texas collection agencies. Like all collection agencies, these bloated tele-harassers have no real teeth -- they call you up and threaten you, and might even show up on your doorstep, but do not have the jurisdiction to truly enforce laws.

Moreover, the banks have already broken every financial law in the books a million times over and are the most brazen crooks since Nero. Further still, they have never operated under laws, but only under their own corporate statutes.

Yeah sure - but people do t need to "repair their credit" - all they need to do is abandon it and stop worrying about getting loans.
