GO JCP! I hope it can make it because the stores look great when they are recovered the right way. I have no doubt things can and will turn around but it will take very hard work. I M O ,Often the biggest fail happening at JCP was the fact they would cut hours at the drop of the hat but retain staff that under preformed to such acute levels, holding down a job at any other retail operation would never happen for them. Simply put, other stores expect people to actually work. There was no motivation for a new/ good employee that JCP needs to stay .Many of the seasoned employee's refuse to grasp the concept of multi-tasking and feel JCP will return to old ways of retail staffing. That will never ever happen again because no brick and morter store can afford that. It's survival. If Jcp wants to make it for the long haul they really need to create a performance based program that includes tasking not just ICAPS.
