Wall street has been shrugging off everything since dow 1500. That's how little the suckers have to divide among their greedy duped self if they ever liquidate and use their money but it looks like they don't even know what to do they just simply have too much of the numbers right now. In my opinion.

The government may shut down but the 1% just keep on chugging for more riches/wealth.
