Has it ever been NOT okay?
Why the need for the near-bankrupt country's regulator to be so over-bearing and damn condescending insolence in making this unncessary statement? We are your banker after all, you nut heads, and we expect a show of respect and gratitude for the hands that keeps their tummies full.
