I walk by here every day. I saw that they had done an underground survey in the area. You know, the legal graffiti that they spray paint on the street in multi-colors, and dont arrest anyone. After all that, a gas line was ruptured digging. Who is accountable? The operator on the County-owned backhoe (yes it had their sticker),or the people who did the underground survey (dont use the excuse that the line wasnt installed where the drawing said; thats what detectors are for).
Also strange is the Caution Tapes and No Trespassing Signs that have been along the adjacent property owners lot line since about 3 weeks ago. Whats that about? The property owner doesnt want the County putting the culvert on private property?

The problem is lesbians and gays who speak with accents from adjacent unincorporated areas of the county. These people are always gassy in elevators, steamrooms at the polo grounds and the little garage on butterfly. Now, in my day, one had one's pets. One might air them at the music academy and listen to the old girl's records howl over the water, and then take them home and take their tempertaure, or stop by the casino for a beverage array. Whatever will I do now that Penny wont do my lawn pix?
