Manila envelopes are what really impairs a politician's vision.

If you want to know who, look for which politicians are the biggest supporters. Look for who is saying; "it's a good thing for Halton Hills".

You're looking at it all wrong, think of those stacks as Halton Hills landmarks.

Leslie Adams is too busy patting council and council friendly polluters on the back to be an effective spokesperson for our community's environmental interest. The environmental movement in this area, is, like the rest of the community, lacking true leadership.

At one time, under different leadership, P.O.W.E.R. was strong. But its outgrown its cause and has evolved into nothing more than an eco-tree club.

The biggest tragedy of the movement is that P.O.W.E.R. is now being used as the only platform that Leslie Adams has in her life, that's used for no other reason than to elevate her own self worth and importance in our community.

Subsequently, Leslie has compromised the local grass roots environmental movement by becoming the greatest tool our local government has, to convince the community, that everything that it does, is, in the best interest of the environment.

Ditto, much the same as this place has become the only plat-forum that Derrick Williams has left to perform his trademark decorum parodies, in.

Kudos, to everything else Independent said.

Summary: "If they took the money to let this company pollute our community, than shame on them."

Trust me, they have no shame.

POWER should have been disolved when they won the fight against the dump.
They were effective 20 yrs ago.
Now all they do is attract the wing nuts like Daivs and his Misses for plantings!
