this is just another way of trying to get out of paying their bills,the union will have their day and aowv..aka patriot coal will lose this law suit.

The UMWA promised to fight for all retired Peabody employees to keep their retirement benefits.
Obama promised to shut down the coal industry during his first term in the White House.
The UMWA encouraged all its members to re-elect Obama for a second term well after he had voiced his desire to bankrupt the coal industry.
And you "mr. patriot man" are going to depend on the UMWA to help secure you with a safe and secure
future state of financial well being???
