This is just such a joke, Cara Jennings is the City of Lake Worth District 2 Commisioner, and should be setting a better example and role model instead of being an activist and anarchist, she self-proclaims. She should be upholding the laws, no wonder the City is so out of control with lawless illegal immigrants. If you live in her district and have to deal with all the blight, crime, and lawlessness by the illegals, if you lived among the illegals like many of us do, you would not support Cara for anything, I will never vote for her for commissioner nor mayor, she doesn't respond to our calls, e-mails, nor the concerns of tax paying homeowners who are American here in her district she is supposed to represent. She only provides a safe house for illegals and has turned this city into a sanctuary for illegal immigrants who have now become so lawless and have no regard for any laws, as they never had any regard for laws that our country has when they entered into this country illegally, hence this lawless bravado they have projected. The illegal immigrants have destroyed their very own image by being so lawless, being drunk all over, littering, and loitring, and with all the whore houses for the illegals popping up in District 2, it is all out of control. If the city doesn't get some backbones and do something about this lawlessness, there aren't going to be many Americans willing to live in Lake Worth anymore. It is too lawless and chaotic and Cara is partially the cause by having the police and codes have lower standards for the illegals by overlooking laws and codes and allowing for so much overcrowding, etc. You cannot walk on a sidewalk in this city without an illegal almost running you off the sidewalk with their wizzing bikes, why don't they have to follow the same rules/laws? Why don't they have to have lights on their bikes? People in District 2 won't vote for Cara as we all know how our area is such a mess now, no thanks to Cara J. Illegal immigration is wrong, it results in lawlessness in a society and the City of Lake Worth is a perfect example of all the lawlessness and chaos we experience here on a daily basis. All of you who support Cara, obviously do not live in District 2 nor among the illegal immigrants like many of us do, we are driven crazy by litter, noise, drunks, crime, grafitti, roosters crowing at 4am, it is just nuts here, and Cara is allowing these illegal immigrants to just run wild. Just live among the illegals come see what it is really like here in Lake Worth, in District 2 West of Dixie in downtown. Ask any police officer in Lake Worth, none will support Cara nor her supporting of these lawless illegals. The poor police are fed up with all this craziness due to the illegals, so aren't the people who live and own in District 2! We just want some peace here that Cara has not given us, the people she supposedly represents. No no no to Cara and all this lawlessness.

Yeah, if they were at work, earning a living they would not have been arrested in the first place.

Let the video tapes show the truth...they are everywhere. Besides this is not the 1960's people!

Those found of making a false statement should be charged under the law. I love the part about making restitution...also.

A bunch of crybaby protestors using the same tactic. The orginization responsible for this protest should be sued by the county for purposely violating the law and causing the county to use more and more of it's resources to restore law & order.

We are great stewarts of the environment. Just look at what we do for the wild life at Turkey Point and else where. There are more American Crocodiles than there ever were, mixed in with birds and other wildlife which FPL pays to maintain. I wish folks would understand that we do everything we can to protect the environment.

LOL As if the police are going to ADMIT anything!? Please! The incidents that are caught on camera are just the tip of the iceberg. They are lucky it was caught on camera.(Miami PD 2 months ago chasing and beating that driver, tipping a quadropalegic person out of a wheelchair, shouting and manhandling a boy who was skateboarding) Those stories all made the news recently are just the tip of the iceberg. And the police wonder why they aren't liked or trusted.

Refusing to give their names makes me tend to believe that the protestors fabricated the accusations. But If it's caught on tape, let a judge and jury decide who's guilty. If the protesters started it and the videotape proves it, the Police should charge the protestors with filing a false Police Report (if they did so), along with the unlawful assembly, trespassing and resisting arrest without violence charges.. If the Video shows the protestors had told the truth, the guilty Police Officers should be punished and the Sheriff be made to issue a public apology.

Like I said before, with the many protestors using the aliases of John or Jane Smith, I'm led to believe the Police version of events because I definately would want my real name on the record for when my lawyer files the lawsuit .

Let me guess, they got up in an air-conditioned home, turned on the lights and TV, took showers, blew dry their hair, stopped for a coffee at Starbucks, had their friends drop them off in SUV's, made some cell calls, then protested against a power station. I agree, get a job and quit living off your parents money.

I've been in this county for 4 sheriffs and Bradshaw is by far the best Sheriff we have had. I'm happy the Sheriff is charging these undesirables for using county services for their stupidity, which the taxpayers pay for. Good for Sheriff, we support you.

We support the sheriff in this matter who has better things to do than babysit a bunch of holdover hippie wannabes. Get a job, get a life guys. It's just laughable to see these protesters who are so clueless, so ignorant and have no other calling in life than to garner attention with their "cause". Grow up and get out of the way of real people who do real things in the real world. You are idiots and crybabies.

I hear that Jennings has overcrowding at her house. People sleep in her shed. Code enforcement should do something about this but the mayor will not push for it. The media should do an investigation into her.

"The taxpayers of this county had to pay a great deal of money for these people to go out, disrupting private business, disrupting truckers who are trying to make an honest living and public transportation on a state highway," Bradshaw said."

You need an American civil liberties class Bradshaw! Do you think making protest a felony and with threats for cost of doing your job. Just think if Martin Luther King had these threats put against him for civil rights marching causing the police to be present...do you think they charge Mr.King with a felony and cost of police. Is Bradshaw anti-American and does not believe in our rights as protected by law from people like Bradshaw? Maybe if he does not like or understand the job he should go and find another career....

I am an American and love the constitution that grants us the rights protest as in the civil rights protest or the anti-war protest. Maybe someday you can understand what an American is about and that we have to give these rights to all, not just the white, working class. Please try to understand that we have different American believes than you do and value our civil rights....read a book about American civil liberties and all the people who have died defending those rights in wars....don't be anti-American because you had traffic issues....
