When is 'o pass''e pass'....who the F cares.....when are they going to branch this technology out into more USEFUL concepts?

You should be able to whip into a mc'ds and buy lunch on your e pass account!...or pick up your dry cleaning and pay with the system...or even use that system to verify your vehicle ID and gain access to prepaid parking garage, or your gated subdivision (where you pay an annual or monthly 'flat fee' for the convenience.

This technology, tied in with customer satisfaction and tracking software could be a huge speed and marketing advantage.

It could even be extended and tied with other nationwide systems, backed by a large bank such as Wells Fargo...and be used to make online payments for items via auctions etc.....if someone had the vision to take it there.

There's a HUGE market out there for 'low dollar transaction' completion technology!

There's TONS of small businesses that do small dollar transaction amounts, who would LOVE to be able to utilize the system to streamline their purchase process for much less than the standard merchant services option.

I think this is just another example of a government-run agency, that is run by people who don't have much ambition and foresight.

Expanding the options for epass could be a VERY big revenue boom for the system!

Trying to contact these people is an absolute nightmare! Their phone system is so convoluted it would require a degree in rocket science to get through. As an Osceola County resident, I can hardly afford to drive to the Goldenrod location. I do not use credit cards, so my only hope is that if I mail in a check, it will not get lost or applied to the wrong account.
