This just upsets me so much. We as private citizens are losing more and more of our rights. Time to join the tea party, enough is enough!

If this is true sounds like we are becoming more and more like a soviet block country after all. i mean if you can be arrested for this on your own property and you have no rights on your own property next thing you know the KGB i mean FBI will be knocking on your door asking you about your religion or something!

Douglas County Sheriff's Office has some real explaining to do and the Endbridge Energy Company has a real expensive lawsuit to deal with.

If the report is infact factual, Mr. Engelking (Both Sr. and Jr.) are really sitting pretty and I hope that for their sake, that is the case.

It's reports like this that make me disappointed in the way some Sheriff Departments conduct themselves on very rare occasions.

USA- Land of the free. War- To fight for our freedom. Yeah right, not when it's getting taken away from everyone. You know it's pretty darn bad when a person gets arrested for being on their own property.

If this is true - it's madness! We are losing our constitutional rights.

A couple of years ago MY local police threatened to write me a parking ticket AND tow my car from my own driveway!

Again, it was for a work crew to perform work on MY property without my permission!

The man was and still is a damned idiot.

The gas company purchased the right to be on the man's land a few years previous. They have and had every right to be there doing what they were doing.

The man had no right, absolutely no right to interfere with the gas companies right to use their easement.

Fight back against government,????

Better to fight against the ignorant morons like the guy who got arrrested, inform him of the payment he got and why he got it,... The gas company didi not turn over a wad of cash to him in order to be nice guys. Throw his ass in jail!
