If I'm not mistaken... There is room for a nuclear power plant on Big River Beach as well.

I hope to see our Coast Lines bound by these things than oil rigs that will just feed our insatiable demand for oil.

in Cayucos decades ago there was a wave energy device/building on the shore that created energy
