JPMorgan apologizes to US power regulator for misleading info
JPMorgan Chase & Co apologized to the U.S. energy regulator on Thursday for providing misleading information about California electricity markets, saying it was inadvertent.

"Respectfully submit"? Condescending BS, the amoral clowns know they were wrong. Now the question is will FERC man up and go after the top management and board of directors? Every time a new ENRON rears its ugly head, it needs to be cut off. Start putting these board directors and their upper management teams in jail and see how "moral" they can become when it costs them their freedom for "just doing business".
