I say go for it. Since the community will not support a levy to build new buildings this could be the answer.

This is one of those ideas that looks good on paper. But there is no guarantee that the School Board would put the money to good use. Look how the County Commissioners have played games with money from the County Home property, as well as all the money sunk into the always failing Atwood Lodge. Money is just money unless it it used by intelligent leaders to benefit the community. The community does not support a school levy because they do not trust their leaders. The school board should be required to put in writing what they intend to do with that money.
