The U.S. Department of Justice is accusing oil company BP of gross negligence and a "culture of corporate recklessness,' in the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, a charge that could significantly increase the damages BP could be forced to pay in the case.

The DOJ may never contact me about their need for more proof. But shortly after the blow out occurred I invented the TAME NATURE plan to stop the blow out. It is old oil field ways of doing things, not much new; I sent thousands of e-mails to all who could effect a change in oil and gas state and federal governments.

Yet in the end 92 days later BP used my ideas and did stop the oil and gas from flowing.

So in that is BP at fault?
