Ga. solar panels show utility vulnerabilities
The two workers hammering steel posts into the ground this week were building a solar array at a Georgia school - and pounding away at the business model of a massive monopoly.

Please show the issue for what it really is, a case of mal-regulation by the state's utility commission. The commission probably uses some form of cost leveling that makes retail over-priced during certain hours of a price period and under-priced during other times. Solar scammers work to take advantage of the difference.
Perhaps the utility should just say, fine, either install the panels and buy their power or buy OUR power. Then the potential customers of the scammers would be faced with the REAL costs rather than scamming it off on the rest of us.
