Good to see the Reich Wing sponsored theft of private land in Nebraska has been smacked down.

Amazing how the Reich thinks burying a pipeline above the largest fresh water aquifer in America is a good idea...

End this sham, let Canada pipe the shit to their ports on the Pacific.

Exactly. Let canukia assume the risk and expense. The CEO already testified that they're under no obligation to direct product to the U.S. market. Another sham giveaway to an oil company.

"there is no assurance that the oil transported by the pipeline would not be refined and exported on tankers of their own, destined for other countries."

"gas prices for U.S. consumers would increase, not decrease, according to recent reports."

And radio silence from teahadist about the land grabs, here, that would have to take place to make their pipedream happen.

Watch the present governor take a back seat next election cycle, when the truth regarding his bill giving Trans Canada a blank check to seize any property deemed necessary to build that pipeline is fully exposed, as it was last night.

That's right - Nebraska governor gave the Canadians a blank check t seize any property deemed necessary utilizing Eminent Domain to build on top of the largest underground aquifer in this country.

These GOP idiots don't even care if the pipeline breaks or ruptures, it will pollute the largest underground aquifer in America - potentially poisoning any food we eat, and destroying any farming the mid west.
