UPDATE 2-Exxon fixing crude line after oil sheen in Louisiana
Exxon said it planned to resume its operations later o n F riday after repairs. The pipeline carries Heavy Louisiana Sweet crude from Empire in the state's southernmost Plaquemines Parish to Raceland in Lafourche Parish.

Is a place to relocate the BP petro chemical plants that have been placed by the EPA to be closed down.
The Parish is nothing more than a bunch of sand that was destroyed in the BP blow out.
