Now back to this issue of funding another venture in Nuclear reactors.

It has been led by design so. There is a 'air engine' on you tube which runs on air. Amazing French/Italian inventor.

Some have calculated cleverly that it would take as much energy to create the compressed air as it saves in driving this Air Car. This is nonsense. The geo thermals of the earth have enormous pressures. One blow of Old Faithful could quite possible propell for a week all the air cars which are now motor cars throughout Las Angeles.

Tapping into these geothermal pressures and using storage tanks to run the free compressed air out to mediate intermediate stations.

NO fossul fuels lol

With all the hot air coming from Washington DC one might be able to tap into that as well.

So we see in 1984 the Olympics being place in Sarajevo Bosnia with distructive consequences. All for the Stari Trg mines and other resources I might add. Where there very rare 'zinc air' gases are and vast mineral resources.

The beings who inhabit these mines are not amused at the blood lose brought about by certain circles of men in the chaos which ensued in a long range planned agenda.

The Beings who inhabit these mines. This is true.

No solar flares. What does that mean? Who said "I am the Light of this World" and where is His Throne?

With the advent of nuclear testings in New Mexico in the late 40s and early 50s they have invited beings unknown to Earth evolution. However, they still cannot operate without contriants willy nilly. They still have the Elohim and the Gods of this Solar system to respect and must come under the hierarchy.

Since the first atomic test even the van allens belt has been changed.

What is being done to the most wonderful cow? Why are their being found mutilations unexplained? BGH growth hormones is the tip of the iceberg.

Did the Three very Wise men from Persia bring to Him what now is being brought about in response to the advent of Muhamedism?

Persia is the craddle of many religions. Judeo Christian as well.

In ancient Zorastrian they were earth stewards. Farmers. But not without such a tremendous discipline that when set upon they feared not to turn their pitchforks up and battle.

This sleepy headed author of 'thus Zarathustra spoke'. Or even, the double agent Ospensky. If they only first began their inquiry with an Avatar guiding their thinking.

there is now a movie about some sort of ...who knows what. lol

In Hinduism an Avatar visits the planet every 10 thousand years or so. This is a tremendous study and in a public forum, I will refrain from journey there.

Beyound even that are the Seven Rishi's post Atlantis and where they went to become.

Philos means love of.
Sophia means Wisdom.

King Solomon the Wise. A lebanon builder built Solomons Temple. Lebanon. Think of it not as it is now. It is the land of the Pines. When they greet you there, the first thing they do is bring you into their home and offer you a cup of coffee.

It was the original banking centre of the mideast. The Druse are beautiful people.

The State Department has no idea of history in this region, merely the agenda. Scholastic thinkers know full welll history and a certain of them distinquish from its symptoms to reality in modern day history. Unfortunately, and fortunately, they are as well meek and not on the payroll of govemental bodies.

Try to get the author's name right. I have the book. It was written by an admitted liar. Even when I was an anti-nuke I knew that Gofman was also liar. I have read a lot more of his false propaganda then the silly cartoon book that you mentioned.

First on the list, all nuclear facilities that generate commercial electricity have U.S. government approval the past three decades or they would not exist. Duh, they are heavily regulated and inspected or else they would explode like an ICBM therefore they have U.S. government approval.
No interest in the US can build a nuclear reactor without U.S. government approval else they would be placed in a federal prison.
The writer of this news story blatantly makes it sound like for the past thirty years nuclear power plants have been operating like pirate radio stations. Why do they want the general public to think that only these two up and coming power plants have government approval?
More propaganda blended with truth?
Secondly, why doesn't Southern Company borrow the eight billion from a BANK instead of the US taxpayer?
The Southern Company is borrowing the money from lenders other than the US taxpayer.

But the loan guarantees are like a 'cosigner' so if the projects fail, it does cost the US taxpayer.

Nuclear power is heavily slanted towards 'upfront costs' so lowering the cost of borrowing by loan guarantees can seriously improve the overall project $/MWh. In fact, nuclear beats coal if the cost of loans can be kept down.

The major problem with early nuclear was both changing regulations ( no longer an issue) and spiraling borrowing costs (double digit rates of return) due to too many major projects draining the available capital pool. Demand vs supply then pushed borrowing costs way out of line.

As long as the borrowing costs are kept reasonable and no new regulatory framework is introduced, nuclear will beat coal on price. Good thing this is just two plants though. With the loss of so much capital (and replacement with debt) the investment capital pool is darn shallow..

The failure will follow that of Solyndra LLC, which shut down in August after receiving a $535 million loan guarantee from the same U.S. Energy Department program....

Although the regulations aren't changing, the NRC inspectors ans reviewers are increasing the regulatory burden without changing the regulations; stealth rulemakjng by personal whim. Nuclear also beats coal in saving lives and improving health.
