Police Searching For Person Who Cut Major Power Lines

San Francisco police said Friday they were looking for a person who cut 12,000-volt Pacific Gas and Electric Co.

That person is an idiot! Who in thier right mind would even tempt to cut "Live" wires of any kind,or even think about it,unless trying to commit suicide. Unless that idiot was tring to teach PG&E a lesson!! Dumb!!!

Did the person have no job in college 2 years, such that average was 80% or higher?
Did the person qualify for State Licensing?
I heard of Calculus 1 not required for medical majors? But really if you asked its used for 'thinking skills' all 4 semesters.
