The city needs to stay out of the mess with the Montana Electrical plant plans. They have messed with too many things and screwed them up. Those plants need to be built and ready as soon as possible. The people in Montana Vista are nuts who moved out the city because they did not want zoning regulations in their area. Tufftitty.
