As usual, Capiello's comments reflect an understanding of the issue, and Murphy is clueless.

Another Blumenthal folly.

How many hours of our time have been wasted dealing with First Light?

There are far more important issues to address, such as the hedge fund ripoff that has provided the cash for suits like First Light to rip us off.

The constitution provides the mechanism for revolution.

Maybe it's time to wipe the slate clean and start over?

Blumenthall needs to get his priorities straight.

How many hours of our time have been wasted dealing with First Light?

There are far more important issues to address, such as the love between adults and consenting children being made a crime. Love is always beautiful, no matter what form it takes.

The constitution provides the mechanism for revolution.

Maybe it's time to wipe the slate clean and start over?

Didn't they just sell it about a year ago? It's for sale again?

Chris Murphy was instrumental in getting FERC to resind the shoreline management plan that was proposed by CL&P and First Light in lieu of reviewing same for a fair and balanced plan.

Not true-
the plan is not recinded, only delayed.

The politicians already had their say when they de-regulated the industry. Now they want to interfer with the private owners? It will just cost the taxpayers more $$ when the law suits start coming.

Chris Murphy is very dazed and confused. He just met with downtown hispanic businessmen to say that Candlewood has the right to stay here in Danbury as long as it abides by our laws.

This is yet another instance and EXAMPLE(there are literally thousands) where big time associated U.S.(and foreign) money seekers/ buckworshippers,(First Light, etc.) with the help of big time (federal) and small time (local) political hacks (e.g. Bridgeport's Aspetuck resevoir sold to Aquarion) literally steal(through DEAL MAKING)a natural/environmental resource from right under the noses of bonafide taxpaying U.S. citizens!!! So that they can get "PAID OFF", AS THE WAY OUR SO CALLED FREE ENTERPRISE "democratic" system "WORKS"!! And it does work for all of these related thieves!!! And you can bet your last dollar the legal parasites (lawyers-individuals with certificates that allow them to steal legally) have their hands in the crooked deals, too!!!

Very similar to the trading and selling of mortages, from one operator to the next in line, and then to another, and another, etc.!!! for the "COMMISSION"!!! as long as the trading will hold up!!!
