Tobacco sector will rock and roll. Buy backs, a cool billion! Raised dividend end of August. Revolutionary alternative assets with pricing power and an F.D.A. lagging on those products. All in a matter of time. Reynolds American and Altria go much higher despite cigarette decline. A push and pull on inventories by demand is the trick.
