And those 33 other nations are also addicted to oil, just like we are.
The ONLY reason we went into Kuwait was because Sadaam's actions disrupted the free flow of oil.
Along with other human rights organizations, The Documental Centre for Human Rights in Iraq has compiled documentation on over 600,000 civilian executions in Iraq. Human Rights Watch reports that in one operation alone, the Anfal, Saddam killed 100,000 Kurdish Iraqis. Another 500,000 are estimated to have died in Saddam's needless war with Iran. Coldly taken as a daily average for the 24 years of Saddam's reign, these numbers give us a horrifying picture of between 70 and 125 civilian deaths per day for every one of Saddam's 8,000-odd days in power.

Of course, big Al would've let him invade and then negotiate with him, get some kickbacks and and bank it in Switzerland. DUH

The thousands of Kuwati's killed including children didn't mean shit to you....a tolerant libleal. Well hell, that's strange.

The money Cheney stole in Iraq has absolutely nothing to do with Bush senior's righteous saving of Kuwait. And Bush gave Saddam the go ahead, so Saddam thought.

Wrong; these wars will NEVER end. They'll always find something to fight over- oil, water, sand, grass, whatever.

MOST of the world's oil supply comes from Saudi Arabia......Saddam's next target. Who knows where he would have spread after that.........and what control's on the worlds economy.

MILLIONS die in Africa all the time and we do nothing about it.

Gee, now I wonder why that is.......

If there was no oil in the middle east, NO ONE WOULD GIVE A SHIT what they do or how many they kill.

"Last week, the Costs of War Project by the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University said the war in Iraq cost $1.7 trillion dollars, not including the $490 billion in immediate benefits owed to veterans of the war and the lifetime benefits that will be owed to them or their next of kin."

This whole thing is just one big FUBAR. How Cheney can enjoy his life while millions suffer as a direct result of his wish to invade another country simply for profit veiled behind a lie of first, WMD's and then oh yeah, Spreading Democracy, is the best example of evil there is. This FUBAR should be listed in the dictionary right beside the words: diabolical, evil, asshole, sick bastard.

Since when has any company committed to a war effort ever gone into, or come out of it expecting, or realizing a loss? This you can be sure of... Marxists have undermined America for four decades and have encouraged doped generations of cowards. They hand country after country over to terrorists and murderous slime. Bush was correct in the War on Terror. Psychotic Democrats are wrong in reversing every gain achieved.
