Google, Samsung and others sued by acquirer of Nortel patents Rockstar
The Rockstar Consortium that acquired Nortel Networks' patents filed Thursday patent infringement suits against Google, Samsung, HTC and five other companies.

Are these patents just vague ideas that were patented or is it the actual code? Some of these patents seem to be just broad outlines of an idea with no indications of how to make it work. If Henry Ford had done this with the truck and the car, then no one else would be able to build them w/o paying Ford a royalty. Now, if it gets down to citing specific code, placement, etc., I can see where there is an infringement.
