Plenty of fine US corporatons saw theor operations, both manufacturing, ans services-staff, go overseas under the Bush era tax laws that allow Foreign profit to escape taxation; and allow cheaper 3rd world labor to replace US workers by "OFFSHORING" perfectly good US jobs.

It is not a mater of "corpses," it is more like VAMPIRISM. IS a vampire's victim a corpse? No.
