Google makes health service publicly available

Google Inc. is now offering the general public electronic access to their medical records and other health-related information.

Why in the world would anyone think they need an outside source to keep track of their medical records?

A simple word document can store any and all of that information on their own computer where there is slim chance of it being viewed by anyone if you encode it with a password.

If your doctor needs it, print it out.

Besides that all your medical records are kept at your own doctors office where noone needs to know them but him or her. They can be transfered if you switch doctors.

Are people really that ignorant of their own computers that they can't store it locally? I certainly hope not.
