Most Okies already have access to other's emails. Why else would they hang their worn out toys on people's rear fender well to let them know they are being "watched" or hold up the Interstate offramp with their two limos and large truck with "used dealer" plate on it?

If you move to the public library, expect some middle aged man to be hanging off the end-cap in the fiction section to look over your shoulder while a really buff dude with an earpiece sets up nearby with his laptop.

They have access to most people's homes to retrieve items they want and need via keybumping and electronic surveillance.

It's only the police that are behind the times in Oklahoma.
