"In asking for this discretionary action and EAD, they would no doubt be required to provide detailed biographical information, disclosing address and most likely the identity of their parents and other family members who are in the U.S. unlawfully, and who may not fall within the narrow scope of this "prosecutorial discretion."

"One Colorado teen said many of her peers would meet the five-point criteria including those who had given up hope and dropped out of school. Some of them already have vowed to resume their education in order to qualify.

"Before, a lot of them felt: Why graduate or even try in school? " said Cesiah, a 17-year-old senior at Westminster High School who arrived with her parents illegally 11 years ago. "Nothing good would happen afterward.

"This means a future for them."

Stupid illegals, they do know that this is a policy and not law? This is temporary. Once Obama leaves office the next President can repeal this.

Meanwhile Obama's policy requires illegal aliens to be photographed and finger printed and their prints will be ran BY ICE for a background check so they better not have any warrants. Plus when this policy ends their data will stay on ICE's computer in their illegal alien data base.
